Welcome to Paint This!, a creative experience curated by The ChanéXperience. By booking a Paint This! event, private party, workshop, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings require payment in full or a non-refundable deposit (when applicable) to secure your date.
Event dates are not held without payment.
Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before your event.
Add-on items (extra canvases, guest upgrades, décor add-ons, etc.) must be selected at checkout. Some add-ons allow quantity selection based on availability.
2. Event Time & Setup
Paint This! arrives 30–45 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup.
Events start promptly at the booked time. Additional time may incur an hourly fee.
The host is responsible for ensuring the venue is ready and accessible upon arrival.
3. Materials & Equipment
Paint This! provides:
Canvases
Paints & brushes
Palettes, aprons & tabletop protection
Easels (when included in the experience tier)
Music / atmosphere setup (if the package includes it)
All materials are for event use only unless otherwise stated.
4. Photography & Promotion
Paint This! may capture photos/videos for promotional use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the host or instructor before the event begins.
5. Liability
Participants engage in the event at their own risk.
Paint This! is not responsible for paint spills, damaged clothing, or personal items.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during Kids Deluxe parties.
6. Travel & Location
Travel fees may apply for events held outside of the Birmingham/Atlanta metro areas (or your designated service radius).
7. Conduct
Paint This! maintains a respectful, fun, safe environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in early event termination without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because each Paint This! event requires preparation, supplies, and reserved time, the following policies apply:
Client Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may transfer the deposit to a new date (one-time courtesy).
Cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the event:
No refund or transfer. A new booking and deposit are required.No-shows or last-minute venue inaccessibility are non-refundable.
Guest Count Adjustments
Your final guest count is due 48 hours prior.
Reducing guest numbers after this period does not reduce the balance due.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.
New dates are subject to availability.
A rescheduling fee may apply during peak seasons or holidays.
Paint This! Cancellations
If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or severe weather:
You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

Paint This! is a luxe, fun, guided painting experience by The ChanéXperience—designed for celebrations, corporate events, team-building, kids’ parties, or simply creative wellness.
2. Do you travel to my location?
Yes! We are mobile.
Travel is included within our standard service area; outside this area may require a travel fee.
3. What does Paint This! provide?
We bring everything needed for a complete experience:
Canvases
Paint
Brushes
Aprons
Table coverings
Easels (package-specific)
Music & atmosphere
All you provide is tables, chairs, and a good vibe!
4. How long is a Paint This! session?
Most sessions run 1.5–2 hours depending on:

Package tier
Kids Deluxe events may be slightly shorter.
5. Can I choose what we paint?
Absolutely! After booking, you’ll receive a Paint Menu featuring several options.
Custom paintings can be created for an additional fee.
6. How do I add extra guests or add-ons?
Add-ons appear during checkout.
If you need to add extras after booking, contact us at least 48 hours before your event.
7. Do you offer private events?
Yes—private home events, corporate bookings, birthday celebrations, bridal parties, kid parties, and more.
8. What if I’ve never painted before?
Perfect! Paint This! is beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step. No experience required.
9. Is food allowed?
Yes, you’re welcome to serve food and beverages. For safety, please keep drinks away from paint water cups.
10. Do you offer kids' parties?
Yes! Our Kids Deluxe Experience is specifically curated for ages 4–14.
11. Can I book multiple Paint This! services together?
Yes—Paint This! sessions, original art, and murals can be booked through The ChanéXperience. For bundled pricing, contact us directly.
12. What should guests wear?
Aprons are included, but we recommend clothing that you don’t mind getting creative in.
